Sanuki Bussan Sanuki Udon Kokunaisan Komugi

We use the traditional Sanuki Udon noodle production method, which is to use 100% carefully selected Japanese domestic first-class wheat flour, add a large amount of water, knead thoroughly, and then cut the noodle strips after they have matured for a long period of time. It is characterized by the rich flavor of domestic wheat and the strong, firm, slippery texture characteristic of Sanuki udon.
