Using kelp from Japan, this is a deliciously tangy pickled kelp coated with the “magic white powder.” Even after more than 80 years since its release, it remains a beloved Japanese snack. It is widely known and cherished under the name "Miyako Kombu." Slightly flavored with plum, soaked in plum vinegar.
